You sent the wrong color first----i called and you had a fed-x guy pick it up the next day and you shipped the correct color fixture that day. we received the fixture in less than a week. thats about as good customer service gets anywhere. we are very pleased with the product and the excellent service.

This pot rack was a beautiful addition to my new kitchen ... everything about it is just what I was hoping for. I think anyone who is looking to add a little pizazz to their kitchen should definitely consider one of these!

My wife is thrilled with the look of these new sconces and I like the excellent build quality of them, Expensive lights, must be the hand blown glass
from France.

Great looking, love the lights. Only problem are the bolts that connect the top supports to the rack are too short. Had to leave out the washers to make it secure enough. Otherwise it's perfect in the color of rust!!!

Everything was going swimmingly till i went to connect the chains... was excited when i though oh chains that u cant see where they insert!! then i found out they dont. trip to the store#1 while setting up pool tabe and i am on the light fixture still.

The light fixture looks great in my timber home. It is substantial enough to not look cheesy or tin-ny and the colors look great with all of my bronze lighting sconces.

I no not typically purchase items from pictures in catalogs or on the internet since I'm usually disappointed in the quality and lack of the actual product looking anything like the picture. However, when I saw the light I purchased on the internet, I decided to take another chance. When we opened the boxes, I couldn't believe it looked exactly as pictured; even better. After we installed it, and turned on the switch, we knew everyone who sees it will be envious. It's perfect. I will let everyone know that 'What you see is definitely what you get'. Thanks......

The photos of these fixtures don't do them justice. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my shipment (sooner than expected, btw) and found the fixtures to be incredibly well-crafted, heavy-duty and beautifully finished.
